Uses of EFT This
revolutionary technique achieves outstanding results in resolving the
following: Negative emotions Phobias Current or past traumatic experiences Addictions and addictive cravings Physical Discomfort Negative beliefs Life stresses |
Theoretical foundation Energy psychology draws on
the disciplines of acupuncture, acupressure, Applied Kinesiology, and quantum
field theory. These disciplines work with the subtle lifeforce energy which
permeates the body and mind. The body-mind system refers to the energy that
the body circulates and the information the mind stores. Meridians, the
energy circulatory system of the body, resemble the intricate circuitry of
veins and arteries. The subconscious mind stores our experiences and beliefs
as information. The invisible, information-energy field is verified through its
effects upon our bodies and emotions. For example, focusing on a negative
experience will weaken a muscle test response; while focusing on a joyful
memory will strengthen it. Changing blocked energy and
accessing stored information leads to emotional, mental and behavioral
changes. For example, to reduce a craving a client focuses on the object
craved while stimulating the energy within a meridian. This stimulation
occurs by tapping or holding a sequence of points on the body. The client
usually notices a reduction in the craving. The EFT free manual,
available at www.emofree.com, describes
the science behind EFT. Sandra Miniere |
